Return & Exchange Policy

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with any product that you have purchased from SiMuNi. However, if in an unlikely event you are not satisfied with your purchase, the below mentioned return / exchange policy is to be followed for store or website purchase respectively.

Return, Exchange, Offer, Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Customers can initiate a cancellation either through Call or Email.
  • Customers can cancel the order in 12 hours of placing order through call or email on below numbers. (+91) 905-757-9808 or cs@simunicolors.com
  • In case of prepaid order product cancellation, refund will be initiated from our end within 7 working days to the source account.
  • Please note, in order to return a product purchased from the website, the customer will have to handover the product to shipping partner with the bill copy, product with intact tags, packaging & in an unused / unaltered, saleable condition. 
  • This is applicable for all of the following points.
  • Return of a product can be initiated by customers within 7 days of delivery of the product by mailing us at cs@simunicolors.com
  • In case of prepaid order return, refund will be initiated to the source account within 7 working days after the product is picked up by our shipping partner from the customer.
  • In case of COD order return, refund will be initiated within 7 working days after the product is picked up by our shipping partner from the customer & customer shares the bank account details of the refund to be initiated to.
  • Purchase of products on SiMuNi website on discount / offer can be exchanged in the same way as without offer.  
  • Only return can be initiated within 7 days of the delivery by mailing us at cs@simunicolors.com
  • In case of manufacturing defect in products purchased on offer / promotion / discount, can be returned within 30 days of date of delivery only through website
  • Exchange or return will be initiated in 5-7 days of approval from our end and communication has to be documented with customer consent in writing on email. 
  • No Refund / Return will be entertained if product tampering evidence is  found. 
  • Credit note / Refund will be an option based on time to time policy . 
  • Credit note will have a 1 year validity. 

OFFER POLICY

Our offer policies on the site broadly cover three types; Flat discounts, Discount codes and End of Season Promotional discounts. Each of these are explained below for customers’ understanding.

Flat discount: 

SiMuNi offers flat discounts on products. Such products will be sold at the discount percentage mentioned. 

For all such purchases in case of any refund or exchange the value of the goods will be at the amount paid by the customer post discount and not the MRP of the said purchase. 

Exchange of such products will be limited to a similar product of the same value or if the customer wishes to buy a product at a higher value then the difference amount must be paid by the customer.      

Discount Coupons:

SiMuNi Color Issues two types of vouchers code  / Discount Coupons – Either a Voucher Code of a certain value or a discount coupon. Both may be conditional or unconditional which will have the details mentioned at the time of issuance. 

END OF Season Promotional Discount

The End of Season Promotional discount will be mentioned with a unique code and the same will be out of any Refund or exchange. 

GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL

  • In the event that you are unhappy with our products or service you can write to us on cs@simunicolors.com or call or WhatsApp us on (+91) 905-757-9808. 

Once a customer files a complaint via email or telephonic communication on the channels specified, the consumer will receive an acknowledgment of the grievance from our office within 48 (forty-eight) hours.

Office will undertake best endeavours to Address and close the grievances of the customer expeditiously within 14 days from receipt of complaint.  

A grievance will be considered as disposed-of and closed in any of the following instances:

Where the customer has communicated its acceptance of the response of the Grievance Officer / any other person associated with the company

When there is no response from customer beyond a period of 30 days from date of reply from the Grievance Officer or any Company official  

When the resolution provided by SiMuNi Colors has been agreed to, or hasn’t been disagreed to by the customer with in a time frame of 14 days
