You can initiate a cancellation request, till the order has not been shipped from our warehouse. By visiting the “My Orders” section of the account on website. Or, you can send a request to cs@simunicolors.com or contact us on WhatsApp chat. After order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled and the return policy mentioned below is applicable.
